Here's another house in the same neighborhood as the blue one I uploaded yesterday, right down the street from it. It's basically the same house, flipped, with a garage. Like the other it has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, vaulted ceilings in the living room, and an eat-in kitchen. Due to the lack of the bonus room, this one is Approximately 1,220 sqft. This one has a single-car garage, something I'm pretty sure the Blue one originally had, I think it was built in. I like the colors on this one though lol, I like the boldness of it for some reason. This was built in 1987 as well. All SketchUp components, I edited most of them some though. I also edited the front door (I made the window in it), and I made the Kitchen window. Please feel free to edit/improve this or use the components in your own models, just give me credit please. :) PLEASE RATE!
