This is mini-me to maxi-me, that being the Brick Mansion. It is designed to go onto the rear of the lot and is used as a guest cottage, caretaker's house, etc. Using the same design features as the main house, such as quoined corners, a header with keystone over the garage door, multi-paned windows, and other features. This is a billboard house, that is the details are on the front facade only. The Brick Mansion is 4-sided architecture, that is the details go all the way around the house. Features: loft, upstairs bedroom, master on main level, storage over garage accessed via the upstairs bedroom closet. Use layers to access interior.
