This deadbolt can be configured with traditional single locking cylinder with thumb turn or with a double locking cylinder that is keyed on both sides. It can also be configured for the locked or unlocked positions. To configure deadbolt turn on and off desired layers. Once configured, unneeded layers and their associated components can be deleted to reduce the file size of the model this is imported into. The "deadbolt - centering text" layer provides guides for adjusting this deadbolt for door thicknesses of 1 3/8", 1 3/4" (default) and 2". This model is designed to share sub-components with other door hardware in my "doors and door hardware" collection. When when models from this collection imported into a model multiple instances of common components shouldn't be created, which should help reduce overall file size of the model. This model is based on deadbolts in my home and diagrams of Schlage deadbolts I found online. Some artistic liberties were taken to simply this model.
