Gasturbine and Tesla-turbine powered. Gasturbines are prime movers. Tesla engine runs on exhaust from gasturbines, rerooted from pressure inside skirt. Small ports in upper tube are being used as purging steering device. (like the system that manouvers the space shuttle). Needs a battery to start, once running, The tesla turbine can supply all electrical power, needed for operating the vehicle. I didn't have more time to add hinches and stuff (the better details), but i spend most time on creating a realistic, possible working prototype... Due to Tesla technique and composite materials, low weight-high power. I called it the "Shoover", because the side looks like a shoe...
