This is a Kaleesh war mask from the Star Wars Universe. For those of you who don't know, the Kaleesh are a biped reptilian species that live on the planet Kalee. The mask is a sign that the Kalee has killed a grat beast on his own and is now a warrior. An example of a Kalee is General Grievous.
