Wehrmacht soldiers, special punitive detachment "eagles of fascism", so nicknamed because of his drawings on the armored masks resembling a beak. Goggles, mask and rough skin long-skirted coat had been calling for the invasion of a rebellious scare. This unit differed extremely high severity and was punitive elite units (such riot itself "SS"). (This is not a fact and fiction, my idea would look like such troops.)
