This is an incomplete model of a superferry I'm working on. It takes design cues from many of BC Ferries' vessels, like the bridge and vehicle deck window layout, which I designed after the Spirit Class ships, and the solarium atop the wheelhouse, which I designed after the Coastal Class ferries. The layout of the bow on the lower passenger deck is designed after the V-Class ferries. The open sundeck up top and the idea of the double-stacks is taken from the Northern Adventure. The slatted design of the stacks is loosely based off the Northern Expedition, and the original shape of the ship's stern was actually based off of a ship that I started designing, then stopped halfway through due to mesurement issues with the model. I wanted to be able to get it right, so I tried it again, and it worked this time :-) The ship is designed to accomodate three vehicle decks, one of those being either retractable or permanent gallery decks in the lower vehicle deck. There are four passenger decks, including the upper outside deck. Note that the ship is not yet 100% complete, so the interior is not complete, nor are the stairwells between passenger decks.
