Although minted by the VMDA Goverment Minting Company (up for hire of any other ppl) these pennies are rarely used for change, and only a few stores exist where these are accepted..and the prices accordingly., (due to this video link, WARNING: strong, strong language) these pennies are used mainly for throwing at hobos in a violent manner, and for skipping stones practice. Also, these pennies are the only currency permitted to be defiled/destroy'd, and this rule is often used by making penny-bling necklaces which school boys make, (which is considered cool since pennies are so hard to find nowadays!) Since eyeix 2 was discoved, these pennies were reminted in Poverscon which is light in weight when carried at normal speed, but when thrown, they become at least, a pound heavier, this is so hobos would feel the wrath of us normal people more. :)
