This dwelling of 75m ² (15m x 5m) is for a couple of 2 people.
It consists of six concrete pillars supporting the entire roof made of steel pan.
The whole roof rests on irons I painted white same range (or ease of design and transportation) and beyond the walls to delineate one side, a terrace to the lounge and bedroom, on the other side to the pantry and kitchen. (Above the cart port).
The two load-bearing brick Leers Lamour Porotherm + plasterboard lined up the end walls of the house.
The other two walls are made of 15m triple glazed argon windows.
These berries are somewhat different in their design: 3 out of 4 windows side because port yards to possess a degree of privacy. One has an additional door.
On the other hand, one of the 4 bays (bathroom) has this system fathom.
The house does not complete interior wall and no door to door.
2 T-wall systems incorporating wooden doors define the 5 spaces of the Housing
Cellar, bathroom, bedroom, office and living room-kitchen in the center and occupying half of the house.
This home is also an example of a research on the design of a residential building easy to implement, low-cost and easy maintenance, both modern yet integrated in local tissues.
This unit reflects the work of Mies Van Der Rohe for housing purposes in the 21st century.
