Hi. I live in seoul, korea. this is my apartment, the 3 grey translucent areas are the roof top gardens, to which only my house can access. this is all furnished (brand new Fridge, TV, conventional oven, desk, queen size bed, counter, 4 stove etc) . all objects are layered seperately in googleSketchup. Google limits the file size. so i only drew it roughly and purged a lot. I am going to lease this whole house or only the small bedroom which has yellow flooring. if you teach me english 5 hours per a week. i can rent only the small bedroom to you for free.. if u don't want to teach or we do language exchange then i will charge u 100 dollar per a week. If u want to rent this whole house , then i will charge u 900 dollar per a month. and unitity fee is not included. but my bill hardly exceed 70 bucks per a month including high speed optical fiber internet line... other benefits: 1. Fast internet line: upload 100MB download 100MB internet speed, 27 dollar per month , which is 66 times faster than 1.5MB Comcast in USA. 2. Clean and drinkable water : I already tested the water and got a drinkable certified sticker 3. Hot water supply and Ondol (korea heating system) 4.
