The international range version of the DC-7B was a slightly modified version of the DC-7 with longer nacelles and more powerful engines. It was the Douglas equivalent of the L-1049G Super Constellation (which is still better). Only South African Airways and Pan Am purchased the international version. Thanks to WIlliamT for the propellers, landing gear and antennae.
