dynamic rafter, enter full roof span, ridge and opposite pitch. rafter size, eaves type can be changed whilst pitching point, nominated vertically down, remains fixed. To position in the model its recommended that eaves is initially turn off. use mid point of end of seat to place. The rafter is central in thickness, so changes will be reflected either side. To build off set roof, nominate a pitch, say 25 or what required, use opposite say 15 or so, then reverse for other side.... Added properties alert triggered by the interact hand. ...NOTE..if file size is a concern, then use the normal move/copy as copies within the dynamic increases proportionally with number of copies....I have changed the sub-components to groups, this has reduced the file size. If you do use the component copy function then purge the file after any changes, to prove the point try 20 copies with the component function, check file size, then reduce to one, check file size, then purge check again- check file size, now do a 100 copies using standard move, control, say 600 enter,100x...check file size, so much quicker and much more efficient to use the standard copy, perhaps use inbuilt copy for a few. Keep this in mind for any other components with inbuilt copy functions,
