The Great Pyramid of Giza was built around 2560 BC and is the only remaining wonder of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. The pyramid was built for the Pharaoh Khufu. What remains today is the stone core structure of the pyramid. Chambers within the pyramid hold the tombs of the Pharaoh and his Queen.
