PTEK solid-state, no-tune FM exciters/transmitters cover 25 to 500 watt power ranges and offer full remote control ability. All models, from the 25-watt FM25E-PTEK, to the 150-watt FM150E-PTEK and the 300-watt FM300E-PTEK, and even the 500-watt FM500E-PTEK (comprising FM25E-PTEK exciter and FM500 power amplifier) boast frequency stability better than +200Hz (using PLL frequency synthesis from a high stability crystal oscillator). They also feature a comprehensive front-panel multimeter and over-temperature and SWR foldback to protect the unit by automatically reducing power output to a safe operating level.
