The Soul Collection is emotional, passionate and mysterious as the music genre that inspired us. This collection of Erreeme has a modern and full of class touch, inspired by three big names that have raised Soul music to a worldwide recognition. James Brown, Aretha Franklin and Steve Cropper were the personalities who have given us the inspiration and passion essential for the design of the three carpets that make up this collection. The colors, shapes and textures were chosen carefully in order to symbolize aspects and characteristics of the artists, creating a perfect harmony between our design and Soul music. Soul is a musical genre that emerged in the United States during the late 1950s and early 1960s among the African American culture. This genre was linked to liberal movements, which advocated an end to war and racism, and that encouraged young people to revolution. For all this, Soul is characterized by emotion, energy, improvisation and drama, features that transpire in the lyrics, melodies and performers of this genre of music known worldwide
