This is just a 2D flat ruler. For printing to 100% Scale from a Screen Shot or Image Export: 1) Insert this ruler in your model, using as many feet as needed to be slightly larger than model, rotate to proper face, and then click on a 2D view for Parallel Projection. 2) Click on the ruler and select "Zoom Extents" to ensure view is right zoom level. 3) Save a scene if you think you'll have to do this again, or with many sides. 4) Export -2D Image - Options - select at least 500 px per foot (3'x5' model = 3000x5000 px) 5) Open in Photoshop etc, and crop to EXACT ends of ruler. 6) Resize image - Get out your calculator and make it such that the Resultion is = # Pixels desired size of ruler (in inches) Example: I exported my 4'8" model with 5' ruler in 2D at 5000 pixels wide, cropped to the ends of the ruler, and ended up with an image 4740 px wide. So I set the Resolution to 4740/(60 in) = 79 Pixels/Per Inch. Now I can print at 100% scale.... on 5' wide paper :)
