Kitchen design by Merillat Cabinetry for Green Builder Magazine's IBS Builder Design Home. This SketchUp model includes Dynamic Components of Merillat Cabinets with Tolani door style in a Maple Chiffon Paint finish. Satin Nickel Canoe Pull and Satin Nickel Knob hardware is shown. There is plenty of open shelving throughout the kitchen and island with Heaven Cabinets, cubbies, and built-in shelving from Merillat using Tolani door style with a Maple Chiffon finish keep spaces looking neat and uncluttered. The model of this kitchen also features wall cabinets with Prairie Glass doors. The kitchen also features a built-in work space or home office nook. This model includes DeNova Quartz Cosmic Black countertops. A Brizo Talo kitchen faucet with SmartTouch Technology is featured in the model. The KB Home GreenHouse demonstrates to consumers that this environmentally friendly home not only saves energy and water through the use of solar and thermal systems and meeting EPA's WaterSense for new homes specifications, but can also save them money for years to come by reducing energy bills.
