This is a cart for storing and transporting sheets of plywood. The base is a torsion box [aka stressed-skin panel] made of two sheets of 1/2 inch plywood, with a web of cut pieces of plywood sandwiched between. The sides slope inwards at 3 degrees. One side could be modified to mount a panel saw.
