General Plastro is the Tan dictator from the Army Men videogame series. He is known to have a short temper. He hates aniamls...mostly dogs. Plastro's main priority is to destroy the Green Nation and crush Sarge and Bravo Company.Plastro and the Tan Nation are ruthless but, always seem to be defeated by the patriotic, Green Nation. I'm giving credit to moom for the fine representation of the Tan Dictator in all his glory.
