The Clem Wilson building was built and designed in 1930 by architects Meyer and Holly. The Art Deco exterior with 15 stepped floors reaching 70 meters, has suffered from development over the years. A Samsung sign hides the beautifully deocrated top of the tower, while corrugated metal covers up a massive entrance. Also, on every corner of the tower once stood docerative pillars which have been removed. It still is a beautiful Art Deco piece, which has survived the destructing 2nd half of the 20th century.
