Here is a traditional old-style two story house. It has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The upper floor boasts 3 secondary bedrooms(each with its own outdoor porch) with 2 bathrooms and a bonus room loft. The main floor features a small foyer upon entry, followed by a nice living room with 2 small windows. There is a formal dining room (with chair rail). There is a breakfast nook which has french doors that open out onto the back patio. Also sharing that same room is the family room. The house has a basement but is NOT under the main stairs, but behind the family room. The owner's suite is almost grand with a large bathroom and WIC. It also has a sitting nook with a fireplace. This house can be distinguished from my others by noting the decorative limestone treatments around the windows. Also, the house is part limestone and part brick, giving it that old world look. The dark brown trim seems to go really well as well as with the metal roof. Please rate!
