"The Rutledge" is a mock-Victorian-style residence designed to be built in a "housing development." The house features a living room, dining room, kitchen with breakfast area, study, powder room, several bedrooms and bathrooms, and a master suite. It also has two fireplaces and a pleasant wrap-around porch. The house is loosely based on one in the Universal Studios backlots in Hollywood, California. This is the first house in a series of 5 or 6 (or 7, if I feel like it). Be sure to check out "The Rutledge Updated" by caitgirl4ever343 to see a more lived-in version of the house.
