Two dwellings. Built in 'Victorian' style in 1895. Predominantly red brick with variegated coloured brickwork to:- quoins; window surrounds; and design features in the gables. Two elaborate chimney stacks also in variegated brickwork. Principal windows have stone hoodmoulds with label stops. Slate roofs on original building. Painted wooden finials on apex of gables. Decorative carved and perforated bargeboards. Sundry Mid 20th C extensions, porches and additions.
