The church was entirely rebuilt in 1888, and is a stone structure in the Norman style consisting of chancel with apse, nave and western tower. The previous church was erected in 1795 by Mrs. Jane Wilmer. Built into the south wall of the chancel is a stone slab bearing an incised cross. The font has a plain 12th-century hemispherical bowl resting on a circular shaft.
