嘉量是中国古代标准计量器，此处嘉量及石亭是乾隆十年时（1745）增设，用以象征江山万代，国家统一。The Jianliang was a standard measurement instrument in anciernt China.The Jialiang and the stone pavilion here were constructed in 1745,and they were used to sybolize the lasting sovereignty and unity of the country.
