Sivas governor´s office or Date of host government, Sivas Governor Halil Rifat Pasha in 1884 by 50 meters in length and 20 meters width of the cut stones were built as two storeys. Beautiful stone front and rear entrances of buildings with the workmanship, supported with a large gate consists of two columns. Governor Muammer Bey between the years 1913-1917 in time are wooden building, 3 floor was added. Completely burned in 1978 and the third floor, first and second floor exterior walls only remaining.
