The Nuraghe of "Santa Sabina", in the plane of Silanus, near the church with the same name, is a nuraghe single-tower very well preserved which dates from 1600-1000 B.C., built with blocks of basalt almost perfectly square. The entrance leads to a room with a classic tholos 8.40 meters high. To the left of the winding staircase that leads to the top of the tower, while on the right is cut out a small cell. The central room, perfectly round, has three elongated niches. Part of the material used in the construction of nuraghe is visible in the walls of the nearby church of Santa Sabina, which is used to create effects of polychromy with dark basaltic stones. The nuraghe is part of a larger nuragic complex including a "giants tomb" and a sacred well.
