Basic Apogee 260-gal. reptarium setup for my juvenile Burmese python. Includes 4 dome-light fixtures containing two ceramic heat emitters and two daylight bulbs, a 5'10" high sturdy wooden bookcase (mine is from K-Mart), 2 bamboo plants screwed onto the bookcase, an XL under-tank soft heating mat (not the rigid, stick-on type), a Rubbermaid file bin with six inches of clean water in it and a hole cut in the lid for a humidity box/soaking tub and a tray/liner with 6" high sides made from plexiglass and silicone aquarium sealant to contain any messes, with a layer of Dri-Deck anti-microbial flooring on top to keep the snake clean and dry in the case of any water spillage. Newspaper should be used under the Dri-Deck, but is not shown in the model. Sorry for the funky flooring, but I am new to sketchup and my bookcase was too tall! Check out Big Apple Herpetological Supply for the heating pad, reptarium and lamps used in this model.
