This is the standard 4.7mm turnbuckle as manufactured by the Royal Aircraft Factory in the early 1900's. This was created from a drawing I have, from the R.A.F., which is very hard to read. There may be some variance from the actual item but I am sure that most of the major dimensions are correct. This is the Fork and Eye type, I will upload a Double Eye type soon. It is presented here with a clevis pin holding the fork pin in place, when I get a chance I will work on proper safety wiring, unless someone else would like to provide that detail. It is rigged with 2mm wire rope which is approx. 12 gauge. Grab the end of the wire rope and extrude to any length needed. Thanks to RAM and TECHDAVE for the wire rope and clip.
