Hogsby church. Construction begun around 1150 and finished around 1250. The stone church replaced an earlier wooden church on the site. Renovated in 1774 when the medieval stone arches with carved pillars were demolished and replaced with a wooden vault. Until the next renovation in 1885, there was a large face of stone in the east gable, which depicted a giant that is said to have helped build the church. A mysterious detail is that the sacristy is not connected to the main building with a right angle.
